Terms and Conditions:

• Please check your booking as mistakes cannot always be rectified. No changes can be made to a booking after June 13th.
• Payment must be made in full within 2 weeks of a price increase. Failure to do so will result in the price increase being applied.
• It is the responsibility of the attendee to ascertain the date and time of the event and any information relating to getting to the event.
• While photography and recording of classes is allowed this must only be done during the demonstration given by the teacher for the purpose of recording. All recordings are strictly for personal use and no other use of media recorded at Salsa School is permitted without the permission of Salsa School and the teacher in question.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Salsa School is a ticketless event and proof of identity may be requested.
• We regret that bookings cannot be refunded after purchase, where possible we will attempt to resell your booking to someone else or you may transfer it once details of the new attendee are provided to Salsa School management. However, a cancellation fee may apply and no changes can be made after June 13th.
• Bookings may not be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, any attempts to do so will render the booking void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
• Accommodation may only used by the person named in the booking, sharing accommodation is strictly prohibited. Anyone found violating this term (allowing someone to share their room\apartment without a booking) may have their accommodation revoked by the college.
• Salsa School reserves the right to cancel any booking which is advertised or published in any manner with the intent to resell for profit or commercial gain.
• Management reserve the right to alter or vary the programme due to a change in circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
• Management accept no responsibility for any lost or damaged to personal property.
